SOLUTION UPDATE Seems that the Samsung clock is not recognized as an APP by the screen saver function. I downloaded the Google clock and it was available as a screen saver option. It works independently from the Samsung since the Samsung clock is for the lock and home screens. The Google clock does not have commercials and it's very basic, does not offer customization. So I may try to find another clock app that does have custom options, no commercials and can be an option in the screen saver settings.
