Hello, just letting everyone know that you should be able to update your Galaxy S25 Ultra from the old December 2024, to the newest February 2025 Firmware. I just updated my phone.

Google still has yet to release an update for the S25 Ultra and im still running Oct 24 Google Play Update.

Hope this helps someone. 

My phone seems to run smoother, thats all I've noticed so far as it was just downloaded moments ago.

How long have you had it? I checked the night before for this update and it was not available.

I got the February update on 19th I think it was not sure what's happening with Google play services maybe march will get fixed with updates
