Fingerprint scanner doesn't work after putting screen protector on

My fingerprints won't work after I put my screen protector on.

You should delete and re-add your fingerprints. Recognition is sometimes off after installing a screen protector.

I tried but the old fingerprint only pops up in order to try a new fingerprints.

You need to tap on each fingerprint in order to get the "remove" option.

You will need to delete your old figure prints and will need to reset it

Also, in Settings -> Display make sure you turn on Touch Sensitivity. That may help with the screen protector
