[Galaxy S25 Series] How to fix Knox Matrix draining battery and overheating phone

Knox Matrix is draining the battery and overheating the phone. Impossible to work that way. I hope that Samsung publish an update soon to fix this. I'm concerned that the battery can start expanding or leaking because it is to hot and i need to keep the phone charging to go thru my work shift. Really bad situation...

For me it was Mobile Services crashing over and over like in this video. I fixed it by going to Apps -> Open Mobile Services -> ... menu on the top right -> Uninstall Updates. You might have to be quick because it crashes so frequently. @DogGoneIt1989 @UnluckyFisherman @Jimmyc @AAbbott @Naynerini

My s24 ultra just did the April 2026 update this morning and the battery is draining incredibly fast now. I unplugged my phone at 100% roughly 20 min ago and im already down to 76%. All I've used is Pandora so far. Does anyone have any sort of remedy?

Yes. And I thought I was hallucinating. There is definitely a problem with the battery drainage after the upgrade. People at Samsung, please fix it.

I have a S25plus and whole phone went haywire after April 2026 update. It now has a little gremlin inside changing every setting possible 😮. Grrr...

Blame the fact that they refuse to integrate google properly. If you're using google messages for rcs etc you're still running Samsung messages in the background and feeding these messages through to google messages. Anything google related is constantly running in the background constantly draining battery, specifically the "assistant" they call "gemini"

put any apps not used daily into sleep mode, any apps not used monthly into deep sleep. When mobile not in use ie overnight, turn off data, set battery to charge upto 80% only. If your not using your mobile for extended period of time, turn off mobile data...

I never open this app but my phone updated while I was sleeping & I was hoping I wasn't alone in this problem
