[Galaxy S25 Ultra] RCS chat msg not available?

My s25 ultra doesn't seem to have RCS msg available. Says this device not supported. I went to my carrier T mobile and they say they have no idea of issues with RCS msg with their service. Not sure what else i need to do. Can anyone help?

I have T-Mobile, but no issues at all with RCS. It worked immediately. I do use e-SIM. Are those having issues using a physical SIM or e-SIM?

Also happening to me on s25U bell.  Tried all the solutions, no worky. Put my sim back in my s23U and rcs immediately switched to connecting and then verified and connected.

Turn off RCS on your old device.

Ah ha. The solution! If you have a new device (s25 ultra). You must turn OFF RCS in messages on your old device. Can't run two RCS at the same time on two devices with the same phone number. This is on my s25 ultra today and I was having the same issue.
