Lock screen clock not rotating

New Galaxy s25 ultra, lock screen clock not flipping and no settings to make it flip with the phone.

Long press on the auto rotate icon in the quick panel.  It will come up with options to rotate the home and lock screens, and the voice call screen - enable the ones you want.
