I just upgraded my S23+ to the S25 Ultra. It won't connect to my home network. The laptop connects fine. I have an older A52 that doesn't connect either
. I have done the resets and rebooted the modem...Help....

1. Open your phone’s Notification Panel, tap the airplane icon, wait for 10 seconds, and tap the airplane icon again. See if that helps. If not, try the next option
2.Tap and hold the Wi-Fi icon in the Notification Panel to quickly access your device’s Wi-Fi settings menu > Tap on your network > tap the gear icon (settings) > tap forget > then return to Wi-Fi settings and rejoin the network
3. Reboot (restart) your phone

I would check your router. Certain routers use MAC address filtering, which means they only allow specific devices to connect. If your phone’s MAC address is not listed as an approved device, it won’t be able to connect to the Wi-Fi network.

Also, have you tried turning your phone off for 1 minute and then back on?

If you have numerous devices connected to the same network, sometimes depending on the network, it will cause a device from connecting.
