Not responding After Software Update

I was just in Settings/Device Care and every time I hit Software update it froze. It even popped up a message saying not responding, do you want to wait or stop. After about 10 times of doing this I then cleared the app tray. Did this 3 times and now it's not freezing anymore. I'm using a S25 Ultra with the February update. Anyone else have this happen?

Its after the new update, seems to be very buggy.

Restart your phone. While it is coming back up, hold volume up and side button till you see the menu, wipe cache, reboot
