One UI 7 lock screen camera icon

I realized that after about a month of using the S25U, my phone has somehow changed the design of the camera app's quick access icon on the lock screen. It's not a big deal, but the button shortcuts are not as synchronized as in the attached picture. It uses the design of the camera logo on the lock screen (with only one option) and not two monochrome options.

Can someone explain this? Thank you.

I am unsure what the issue is as the icon are the same ones other than a circle around the one on the lock screen, which indicate that it is in edit mode. In the example of the lock screen, note every icon function there is outlined as to shown that some edit can be performed. If just going to the lock screen without editing its layout, the icons are the same and there are no outlines around the icons..

It has to do with the distinction between what is being offered as an Action (with transparency) and standard Apps (follows app icon). Samsung could technically make the Camera an action in the future.
