Photo Albums not backing up on Google Photos

Hello Ya'll. I have photo albums on my Samsung S25 Ultra that are not backing up on to my Google Photos. 

There is a symbol of a cloud with a line through it on those albums and they aren't backing up.

There is absolutely noone at Google whom I can speak with to resolve the matter. 

I have spoken to and chatted with Samsung Support and they can't figure it out. 

Anyone out there also experiencing this issue?

No... Sounds like you're out of storage capacity.

@GonzoRa If you are looking at the Gallery, the Gallery will only indicate the status of backup to OneDrive. If you see a cloud with a line through it in the Gallery, it is showing that it isn't backed up to OneDrive. There is no correlation to Google Photos.

The Google photos backup prompt comes up super quick, and even I've swiped off it by accident. It's a little convoluted, but here's the fix:
Open up Google Photos
Settings
Backup
Scroll all the way to the bottom
'Backup Device Folders'

You can choose to have all folders backed up or toggle on/off specific ones

Same here. A lot of times I have to manually upload photos from the Samsung gallery to Google photos now
