Galaxy S25Would the air vent be damaged? Is the structure similar to microphone? I heard that microphone structure by design prevents ejectors doing damage, is it the same for air vent?

Galaxy S25Not sure how this is a "poor design choice" These holes need to be somewhere, and most people would not see two holes together with no clear door cutout as something to randomly start jamming their sim eject tool into. Try reading the manual BEFORE attempting to start jamming sim eject tools into the device.
To me, if I thought that one of these two holes right next to each other were the sim tray, then I would look into it so as to not jam the tool into the wrong place.

Galaxy S25I fully understand how mistakes can happen, and am sorry that you are now in an un-certain place because of it. Sadly the members here do not know much about the internal workings of the device to know if you have irreparably damaged your device. If it still does everything you need then I would call it good, but would not even attempt to test the ip68 rating (water and dust proofing) without first taking it to a Samsung authorized service center, and explain what happened. They should be more knowledgeable on what may have been damaged, and may be able to repair any damage done.

Galaxy S25Air vent hole
The air vent hole at the top of Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra serves a critical function by helping to balance the air pressure around the top microphone (#6) with the ambient environment. This adjustment is critical as it reduces the potential for unwanted noise resulting from pressure fluctuations. By facilitating the unobstructed flow of ambient air, the vent fosters a more stable acoustic environment, thereby improving the microphoneās capacity to capture sound with clarity and precision. This design element is essential for ensuring optimal performance.
You should not cover the air vent hole when applying a case or cover for Galaxy S25, S25+, or S25 Ultra. Otherwise, unwanted noises may occur during calls or media playback
