After restarting my phone, I connected to my Bluetooth speaker, opened Pandora, but when it started playing music, I couldn't hear anything. So I turned my volume up and up and up into the "red zone" until I could finally hear the music. I opened Settings and went into Sounds and Vibration, everything was where it was before I restarted, but when I turned my notifications volume down, the music volume went back down. Is anyone else experiencing this phenomenon? TIA!

Hello Wendeeez, Thanks for reaching out to the Community. For better clarification, are you turning your notification volume down within the settings or by the volume buttons on the side of the phone? Have you tried unpairing/repairing the Bluetooth speaker? Are you only having this issue with this specific Bluetooth speaker? Have you tried any other devices? Do you experience this behavior in Safe Mode? Take a look at this article on how to test your device in Safe Mode: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10003495/
