When I first got my S25 Ultra the fingerprint sensor was working flawlessly, however recently it started having issues on it's fingerprint sensor. I placed a Spigen screen protector and the fingerprint still works and it did not show any errors for a month, however recently my fingerprint sensor started to not work. I tried wiping my particial cache, restart my phone, updated to the newest OneUI 7 software. However nothing has worked, I even went to the Samsung service center in Jakarta to get my phone checked up, however it was just stuck during diagnostic and wouldn't process to the next diagnostic. I have tried everything to try to get it worked, I never dropped my phone whatsoever. Can anyone please help me? I would really appreciate it, thank you.

Model name: SM-S938B/DS

There's a way to increase screen touch sensitivity when having a screen protector on. Try and see if that works in the settings
