S25 ultra Verizon update not installing

I just traded in my s24 ultra for the s25 and I got the new update this morning gets to 2 percent and says can't update i tried again same thing

I've tried everything I don't own computer or PC so I hope it's a problem samsung can fix

Could be carrier as verizon last month I believe had issues or problems with getting the update to users

Could be i have Verizon myself well hopefully it will work its self out soon

Think they fixed it after week or so last months update anyway I would get app updated and settings all done and try the update tomorrow

I did the reset of settings check galaxy store and Google store no current updates will give it a go again tomorrow

No updates at all in the 2 stores? Not sure how that is unless you mean cleared cache and checked again using wifi could help also

Where do I find cleared cache

You trying to see if there might be a trend. Are you using a physical SIM card on an unlocked phone? If so did you setup with the carrier or just put the SIM card in and started using it? You could try to remove the Sim card reset the network settings. Shutdown and turn back on and try again.
