Nothing seems to work. I will reflash it because Samsung refused to send me a replacement and wants to check the phone.

That really sucks! I wish I could do more but I'm at my knowledge limit on this. In the meantime, I will keep searching for similar or relevant issues to yours and see if I can find something or it spurs an idea.

They told you to report the problem within 5 days. I was like, the update was released after 24 days; how would I know?
Anyway
Thanks a lot for spending time to help me i really appreciate it.
Oh I forgot to tell you the other phone connects to the computer normally and everything works fines. Something wrong with that phone

The only thing I could suggest is resetting the phone to factory settings and reload everything manually. It's one thing to transfer data from using a backup or through smart switch and a different time consuming method the manual way.

Either way, if you send it in, it will be reset anyway by Samsung. The issue could have been from transferring settings.

Hey,

I jsut saw this yesterday here as a resolution for one person. It is something I did not point out. Do you see system update on the Smart Switch panel in the link they provided in this resolved issue?

If you your using a physical Card on a unlocked thats from at&t or Tmobile. Try removing the card and resetting the network settings. You'll have to setup the wifi again most likely. Shutdown and then turn on and try again. If it's ESIM then I'm not sure. One question if your using physical Sim did you contact the carrier or just put it in and went with that? I'm trying to see if that may be an issue with AT&T and Tmoibe has been reported so far on unlocked units

I haven't tried this yet, but I will as soon as possible. Yes, I do have a SIM card from Verizon, and it is automatically activated. I have two phones; one works fine and received the update, but the other one did not.
Both has sim card from Verizon.
