Galaxy S25All of my Samsung devices are being factory reset. No one other than me has access. I live alone. Changed both google and Samsung passwords. Only my Samsung devices are authorized in devices. Happens overnight, I wake up and everything is reset. I receive the message an unauthorized attempt was made to factory reset the device. Which makes no sense since it proceeds to factory reset anyway. Phones are brand new and even gotten replacements just in case and still happens. Support sees no security issues and neither does Google. I have 2 factor also and never receive any notifications. This is rediculous no help is available.

Galaxy S25Make sure your home router is secure. Reset the router, change the SSID and password and, most importantly, change the default administrator username and password, as these are public knowledge. Most people leave this huge security hole and get hacked via their home wi-fi. Make sure your router's firewall is active. I would recommend making regular manual backups (in addition to the auto backups) of your device to an external drive, so if you wake up with reset devices, you can easily restore your backup and keep going. When you changed your account passwords, did you do it from an uncompromised device/network? Have you changed your email password as well (in case any 2FAs are going to email and being intercepted)?
If this is happening only at night, you can also turn off your phone at night - it can't be reset if it's not on. How many devices and which ones do you have that are being reset?,

Galaxy S25Question. Just to make sure we are talking about the same thing. Are your devices actually being reset, or just restarted after an unauthorized reset attempt? It sounds as if your device is just being restarted but not reset and has prevented a reset attempt.. Reset would mean that all your apps and settings would be gone an you would have to set up the device again. Go to your Google account and make sure ONLY your devices are showing as connected. Disconnect any devices you do not recognize. Keep in mind these can all be your devices that were logged into different sessions, but logging them out would only result in your having to log back in if you log out the wrong one(s). Once again, you can also turn your devices off at night to circumvent the reset attempts.
You said you changed the SSID and network password, but did you ALSO change the administrator user name and password for the router. The biggest mistake people make is not immediately changing those things and leaving the default, thereby letting anyone be able to get into their router, and consequently, their devices.

Galaxy S25I know some of the watches have been known to reset themselves, but it's not common. I haven't heard complaints about a phone doing it. I already asked, but you didn't say, what other devices do you have that are resetting themselves. You can put in an error report and see if you can find any help from the programmers https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/How-to-Send-Feedback/ba-p/3001692.
At this point you have done everything to determine if you have a hacker, but I doubt it since the only thing that is being affected is the device resets, not any other control over your device while you are trying to use it. My only suggestion would be to turn off all the devices at night, if this is only happening overnight. Even if you only do it for a couple of nights to see if the incidents stop. Even turning off one device might be enough to prevent it. If your devices are linked, it could be causing a chain reaction when one resets.
