Galaxy S25Do you have a Samsung account that is connected to your S25 and your device is registered with it? To check, go to settings/Accounts and backup/Manage accounts and it will be shown under "Devices". Remove any older devices you may have there (but not your S25 if it is there), like your previous smartphone. If your S25 is not listed, register it with that Samsung account.
To register your device, here are methods from Samsung directly.

Galaxy S25Wipe Cache Partition.
Power off your device.
While powered down, press power button and volume up button simultaneously until the phone vibrates. Let go of buttons. You will now be in the bootloader. Using Volume buttons for scrolling, power button for Yes.
Scroll down to Wipe Cache Partition. Press power, scroll to Yes, press power. Reboot press power key.
