Troubles with recovering my Google email

I'm having trouble recovering my google email.I have a couple of them, but I can't get 21 I have my contacts and stuff in it.I don't know what to do.Somebody help me please thank you

So my Samsung email app updated a few days ago and none of my Gmail accounts would sync until I signed out and signed back into them in the Samsung email app.Is this by chance what you're referring to or did you forget your password?
