I had to get a new phone to a Galaxy S25 Ultra my old note 20 broke.. When everything was transferred over I have 2 notes that I had locked and now it will not let me open them. When I try it says locked by a different account. I don't know what account it would be talking about. Can anyone help me? Please.

Galaxy S25When you lock notes in the Samsung Notes app, they are encrypted and tied to your Samsung account and sometimes to the specific device or secure lock method (PIN, pattern, fingerprint) used at the time.
So when you moved to your new Galaxy S25 Ultra, and transferred everything over:
The locked notes came over.
But the security credentials or encryption key didnāt (since those are device-bound).
If you had multiple Samsung accounts in the past or used a work profile, the app might now be trying to authenticate using the wrong account.
