Unable to use the keypad when on a call

I have the galaxy s25 ultra. When I'm on phone or speaker, it will not let me use the keypad to push the selection(like 1,2 0r 3) top make the selection.

when your on a call with speakerphone active what happens when you tap the dial pad icon on the screen

It shows the button that you ppl pressed, but it doesn't recognize that you pressed a button. I can understand if 1 app does it, but it's multiple apps

Shows the # you press but it doesn't recognize that you made a selection

Should be working on the keypad

It won't. I restart phone. When it says press 1,2,0r 3 you press the right number but it doesn't recognize you pressed anything.

If it's just on calls keypad seems a bug somewhere if it's not working on apps etc than submitted feedback

Are you going away from the call screen during an active call? Meaning making a call, then going into a different app for example?

No , still on the same call.
, same call. For an example calling the bank,
It says press 1, or press 2 or 3, well when i press a number it doesn't recognize it, and repeats the options and again i press the one that I want and it doesn't recognize that I did anything but the phone keypad shows what I pushed the button. It happen on several other calls also with different calls
