Galaxy S25I know my eyes are not the best, but I don't see anything wrong with the photo. Can you circle or point to what I'm not seeing? It is also possible you have a defective lens or camera, maybe that's why you don't see many reports of the phenomenon. You should put in an error report.

Galaxy S25Is it possible this red banding only appears in video or motion photos and not the still capture?

Galaxy S25Does it only happen with video, or does it happen with stills as well? Does it only happen in wooded areas? Perhaps there are invisible sun's rays causing the effect. Try something at a different time of day.
It's possible for shooting in those conditions you need to go into pro mode and adjust your exposure and balance settings. I have a peculiar fluke on my phone, whereas if I point my camera at an unadorned plain beige tablecloth, I get vibrating vertical stripes of beige. This only happens when the phone is at a particular distance from the cloth and only with a particular shade of beige. Doesn't matter what the lighting is. I thought my camera was defective until I realized it was only those specific conditions that set off the effect.
If it persists, you should put in an error report through the support tab of the members app and/or call Samsung service to arrange to have it evaluated at a repair center. It could be a defective lens. It's still under warranty.
