Visual voicemail app not available on unlocked phone

I can't find the visual voicemail app on the samsung store on my s25 ultra. My friend has it on his s24 ultra

Visual voicemail is fully handled by the operator, if you have the unlocked version, I found the guide here.

According to Spectrum Mobile, Visual Voicemail is from the carrier, but some phone brands offer it.  Verizon has it, but Spectrum does not. What's the best way for spectrum customers to get visual voicemail? Forward to Google Voice? Or... Google Play - Which app is best?
