Window opens after every phone call.

Hey I have a new S25 phone. When setting it up I activated some app where a window opens up after every phone call. It says Private Number on the top,  a calendar date, a green bar with options  and then the date, and bottom half is ads. I cannot turn this off as I don't know what app this is. Most annoying. Please help

This is not normal behavior.  Any chance of getting a screen shot of the pop up? You obviously have some third party app or rogue malware interfering. Download Good Lock and the Nice Catch module.  In Nice Catch, turn on toast history and detect commercials.  Open Nice Catch after the next incidence and see which app is causing the notification.  Uninstall that app or go to the settings of that app and turn that feature off.  Samsung has no app and there is no feature of the dialer that pops up with advertising.  When a call ends, it ends.

Yeah, that's from a 3rd party app which you have installed.

That looks like some kind of third party reminder app, It's not Samsung's.  Did you install a third party reminder or calendar app that is not Samsung's or Google's?  Are you using the native Samsung dialer app? The advice stands to download Nice Catch.  Alternatively, you can go to settings/notifications/advanced settings/notification history and see if it shows up there as a notification event.

@Wessonex Based on the icon in upper right of your screenshot, do you have the app "Calendar 2026 - AI Planner" installed on your phone? It appears that this may be causing this pop up.

That was it!!!! Thank you so much for your help. Deleted the app and pop up window is gone. Really appreciate the help of everyone.
