Does anyone have any tips on creating a quick method of turning on and off DNS.adguard.com com in your private DNS settings? Perhaps how to create a routine where when connected to certain WiFi network it will be on and then automatically turn off if connected to say work WiFi where it won't connect to the network unless you turn it off. Thanks in advance!

Not exactly. It has to do with the fact that I love blocking ads, but I can't connect to WiFi at work with Adguard active, so I have to disable it when I'm at work. I wanted to automate the process.

Try creating a routine rhat starts when connected to your work wifi and select clise app and select adguard ro close ehen rhe apps list comes up. Rhat should be all you need. As soon as you leave work and are no longer connected to the network, the routine will end and reverse itself until the next time you are connected.

Thing is it's not really an app. It's a setting in your connection settings, so I can't seem to figure out how to implement that idea into a routine

Is that unique to the S25? Because I have no such setting .

@mquin2112, I have it on my S23 and Fold6. It is on by default. It hasn't been an issue,
though I don't connect to work WiFi.

As you noted, Private DNS isn't an option to create a routine that I am aware of.

Yeah, I've yet to figure it out. If I could create a shortcut, that would even be great.

S24 S23 etc. go to settings, connections, more connection settings and select private DNS, enter DNS.adguard.com and save. It will block a lot of ads but drawback is it sometimes interferes with loading certain web pages that have gotten wise to the disguise
