Terrible sound on Bluetooth-connected music devices with my Galaxy S25 Ultra. This needs a serious fix—how do we escalate this? I’ve tested multiple headphones and earbuds, and they all have the same exact issue. Yet, they work perfectly fine on Windows.

Every audio source—audiobooks, offline music, Spotify—has a grainy, hiccuping sound every 5-10 seconds, if not more. It’s like something in the background keeps messing with the sound settings. I’ve turned off all the useless dynamic sound features, but it still won’t go away. There’s also a small but sharp click that pops into my ears—not subtle at all. This happens whether I’m sitting still or moving around.

I’ve owned many Samsung devices and I’m pretty tech-savvy, so I know it’s not my settings or the Bluetooth devices themselves—they worked fine on my Galaxy S23. But as soon as I connect them to my S25 Ultra, the problem starts. If I switch them to my computer? Perfect, no issues.

I can’t even judge the audio quality because this constant blunder is so distracting I can’t listen to anything for more than a minute. Social media apps and everything else have the same problem. Is this really a software issue? If so, it needs to be fixed ASAP.

My return window has already passed because Samsung took forever processing my trade-in. Now I don’t even know what my options are. This is beyond frustrating.

Hello, thanks for reaching out about this. In addition to what @Tom6068 suggested, you can also try a few more troubleshooting steps to get to a resolution on this weird sound you have coming through all your Bluetooth devices.

After you have tried @Tom6068 's steps, if that doesn't help, it may be time to try and see if a third-party application is causing these sounds. You can view the Safe mode guide here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10003495/
From here, if the sounds do not occur in Safe mode, uninstall third-party applications until you find which app was the culprit.

If the sound continues even in Safe mode, it may be time to try a factory reset. Make sure to back up everything you wish to not lose (using this guide: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10002780/), then perform the factory reset with this guide: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10002030/

If the troubleshooting is ineffective, submit an error report: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/How-to-Send-Feedback/ba-p/3001692

First, be sure those Bluetooth connection do not exist on any other device. Then on your S25, go to Settings/General management, Reset/Rest Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings and reset it. Then pair back the device with your S25 and see if that works. You will also need to reconnect to your Wi-Fi network.

If that does not work, then run a diagnostics test. Open the Device Care app, then click on "Diagnostics" and then "Phone diagnostics" and see if that give some errors from Bluetooth, etc.
