Android auto issues samsung galaxy s26 ultra

Have a 2024 chevy silverado been trying to get Android auto to work on it and nothing.

Tried everything that I can find to solve the issue but nothing even tried on 2 other vehicles and my old s24 ultra worked with know problem. Up for any new ideas on how to fix the issue

Are you tying to connect via Bluetooth? Some model cars require that you connect via USB data cable.

I tried both Bluetooth and gone through 6 different cables

As @Dan2023 stated,on my Ram I need a USB cable for Android Auto to work. Bluetooth is just for using to receive/ make calls.
Dumb question..have you paired your new phone to your vehicle ?

I paired my S26U with my 2018 CR-V yesterday via cable. No issues. You may also need to enable the connection on your head unit.

So, I had an issue with my 2023 equinox, but it boiled down to my s24, in the living room, was always connecting 1st. I just wiped my s24 to send to Samsung and deleted from the car and no issues since 😬

I do have wireless set up in developer mode too.

So far got no answers from samsung and chevy to resolve the issue with android auto and retired everything again

Having issues with my 2017 also. S24 connected just fine.

If I was having this issue, I would clear the cache for the Android Auto app, then try it. If it still doesn't work, clear the data and uninstall updates, and then reinstall the app....have you tried that?

Yes tried it. I think it's the phone tried a s25 and worked but nothing from the s26
