Call screening won't turn off.

I have recently bought this phone and every time I get a call I cannot answer due to the call screwing service. I turned this off, but it still persists. has anyone else had this issue? If so, how do I sort it?

Hello you should be able to Turn off the Call screening in the Phone Dailer, Make sure you disable all off the settings in the Call screening menu

I turned it off and got a call this morning which I couldn't answer. I was trying to speak and I could hear an automated voice talking. Every time I hit answer nothing happened.
