No. UI 9.0 has had no official announcement. At this point the vast majority of Samsung devices are still waiting for the rollout of 8.5.

I've always wanted to try to do the beta updates but figured since I was carrier locked that's why they never showed up. I now have an unlocked fully paid off s26 ultra but I still don't see anything for the one ui 9 beta and I check every day. I have seen others post about it already but can't figure out what else I need to get it to show up for me

The One UI 9 beta hasn't started yet because 8.5 hasn't been officially rolled out for older devices. Where have you seen anyone post about One UI 9?
