I picked up my new s26 ultra last wednesday and started using it alot over the weekend...i find a few things very disappointing about it so far...the sound seems lower then my s20 base model from 6 years ago and the sound also seems muffled and i played around with a ton of settings nothing seems to make the volume louder or crystal clear smh also the ai caoabilities on this phone seem dull compared to some of the apps you can download thst has ai....thinking of returning the phone this weekend smh

Galaxy S26Thank you for reaching out, BloodyDemons. I can certainly understand how frustrating it can be when the sound doesn't meet our expectations. As someone who listens to music on their device regularly I understand the importance of having quality audio on our phones. There are several ways to troubleshoot sound issues if the speakers on your Samsung Galaxy device do not seem to be working properly. The issue could be caused by a software problem, physical damage or blockages, external device connections, or device settings. For example, if your phone is not playing sound, it could be connected to an external device that is redirecting the audio. If you have tried all the troubleshooting steps provided and are still experiencing these symptoms I would recommend a service repair.
