Hello. Everyone that has Pre Ordered a Galaxy S26, S26+ or S26 Ultra, you can post any order or tracking updates here.

This thread is for Galaxy S26, S26+ and S26 Ultra pre-orders!

Usually, we try to include the following information:

Then, once it ships, please come back and post an update with the same information above, but the actual stated shipping and delivery dates, and maybe even let us know once it's received.

How many people pre-ordered but says it still hasn't shipped yet of thier Galaxy S26 Ultra 1T? We were promised 2 by launch date and was not informed that it could & will probably take until April 10th. We understand things sell out, that's why we did it in plenty of time, got 2 day shipping (the store added) and was only 4 phones pre-ordered ahead of us. But not being informed of the possible issues is pretty...well, rude! We have chatted with everyone except Samsung, since they have no power over a 3rd parties inventory & such as we were told. IF we find it in a store somewhere, we can go through thier version of **bleep** so we don't wind up paying for 4 phones, but also risk losing the trade in we originally used. I'm just wondering how many people other than us with this complete inconvenience. Though I have to say, I knew this about Verizon but living in a rural area like Wisconsin, and a techy husband kinda leaves us little choices.

Why return? Android Auto refused to work, and after wiping both of my vehicles' infotainment systems, losing years of data, in an attempt to get AA to work, and doing everything I could, following every guide, wasting HOURS and then DAYS trying to resolve it. Spending several hours on the phone with support, only to be told I need to wait for update to fix the issue, and not knowing when it will be sent out, I just gave up. Furthermore, I didn't see any difference between the S25 Ultra and S26 Ultra, except maybe the screen. I didn't like that they changed the S-Pen. I did however, love how long the battery lasted. Colors were just bland and tired, and I wasn't a fan of that either. I like bright and bold colors.

Ordered Feb 25th received on March 9th unlocked 1tb cobalt violet traded in my s25 ultra so far loving it. Waiting on trade in results which should be fine as I baby my device i know samsung has received it the email updated it and just waiting on results

AT&T gave me 1300 trade in for a base model 25 128gb. I pre-order and im barely getting my s26 ultra 1TB.

I'm not sure if it was because I had done a Verizon order before but I had recalled a 30-day return window and Samsung does 15 days. I accidentally kept the phone too long to return it but fully intended on returning it after verifying the updated OS ONE UI 8 on the S24. Of course Samsung delayed the upgrade until after many of the early orders would have had their trade in time expire. I was so irritated because I was so ready to get rid of it. I just want to remind Samsung that I'm definitely not going to get the 26 Ultra if it doesn't have the S pen with Bluetooth because it's just going backwards. This article likes to think they are not going to bring it back and depending on how sales went they'll pull iPhone vs and cut features just to pull in as much profit as possible because people just want the newest thing. I'm typically that person but certain features that I use all the time, I just can't stand for it. The Galaxy watch sucks and battery life is terrible and the ring is horrible if you set up gestures because it turns off my video constantly from the gesture and has **bleep** me over many times so I turned it off all together and every time I switch to my watch the thing is dead.. the pen is never dead..
