Privacy display turns to a white screen when maximum privacy display is turned on

I can swear I remember when I did go to best buy to check the privacy display on there the screen was very good and completely dark. But now when I already buy it, the screen turns in a white screen when I turn on the maximum privacy display, is this a problem with the phone, i can even show videos that how it looks and when you go to a YouTube video doesn't look like mines

Yes and I remember 100% sure that the screen was not like that when I did go to best buy or I dont know if im wrong

Don't recall ever seeing a image of the privacy screen being white always shows black from what I seen might want to contact samsung support

With it set to maximum mine puts a gray tint on the screen.

Yeah mines too, but was not like that, maybe I think when they made a software update maybe was a downgrade cause I dont remember the privacy display like that

Mine also turns into a gray tent went turnt on. It's like the phone gets brighter and ashy from the grayness. I thought it turned off pixels, not turned them gray.
