S26 ultra mobile network problem

 While driving, the mobile network disconnects and reconnects repeatedly about every five minutes, and eventually I get a message saying that the SIM card has been disconnected. I already replaced the SIM card with a new one, but the same issue occurred. I also switched to eSIM, and the same problem still happens. It seems like it might be a phone issue. Even after changing the network mode to 4G, the problem persists. I have also tried resetting the network settings and performing a factory reset, but the issue still continues. How to get replacement?

Having reset your network, changed your sim, etc,  and the issue still persists,  you have completed the predominance of troubleshooting that would have been suggested. I have the same issue. It randomly loses connection! I reset everything but it still happened. I did a master reset last night. So we will see if that works.

If you find out how to fix it, please let me know... I received my new phone 3 days ago and have done all the troubleshooting steps like you and still have issues.

I have used Samsung phones my entire life, and I never had any problems until the S25 Ultra. Because of the issue with my current phone, I had to return it and order a new one.
The most frustrating part is that I have to buy new screen protectors and camera protectors again, and I also have to set everything up all over from the beginning. This takes a lot of time and effort.
I would like to be compensated for the inconvenience and the time I have lost, but Samsung.com is not offering any support or compensation

Yeah, unfortunately, I have to agree with you. Samsung, unfortunately, isn't going to compensate you for all the accessories you have already purchased. It's a shame because Samsung has been falling, which is why I'm still using my S22U. I hope everything works out for you. Samsung, please listen to your customers. Flagship phones shouldn't have all these multiple issues over and over again. I hope Samsung takes care of you. I just purchased the Ring. I just set it up. I'm very afraid of it being scratched just bumping into something. I want to get the S26U, but I just don't know.

Thank you for standing on my side. I was hoping to receive a $50 compensation, which is the amount I spent on the pre-order credit, my screen protector, and the camera protector. However, Samsung rejected my request.
Honestly, Iโ€™m not surprised. Last Black Friday, I bought a TV and waited about two months for delivery. Then suddenly the delivery was canceled, and I was told the TV had been damaged. Because of that, I lost all the Black Friday deals. When I asked if I could purchase the same TV again at the Black Friday price, Samsung refused to honor that price.

I'm loosing cell service from time to time with my s26 ultra. Restarting the phone fixes it, till it happens again a few days later.
