Samsung email

When I go to Samsung Email, it flashes the sign in page, then quickly switches to a page with a download option. The download is oddly, yahoo mail. Hence, I cannot use Samsung Email and I don't care for yahoo mail. Has anyone else experienced this? I've tried everything other than a factory reset😬

Same here, you’re not alone 😅 I’m having the exact same issue right now. Samsung Email flashes the sign-in screen and then redirects me to a Yahoo download page.
I don’t even want to use Yahoo Mail, I just want Samsung Email to work normally.
Tried clearing cache/data and still happening. Hopefully it’s just a bug and Samsung fixes it soon 🤞

TRUST ME RIGHT NOW YOU'RE NOT OKAY!!!!🙏🙏🙏🙏😂😂😂 I had to watch two tutorials on YouTube last night trying to solve them, but I fell asleep and thought the tutorial wasn't helpful at all. It made me sleepy and I couldn't watch it all.

I been using it for a couple of months.
I just looked on the play store and it says this version fixes the issue you are having.

I downloaded the app the other day to see attempt to replicate an issue someone was having with it.  I did not get any sign in or download page (which actually shouldn't happen in *any* email app).  So as @rodstone25 suggested, maybe an update fixed the issue.  Make sure you have the most recent update to the app.

All along I thought I was special and and all alone; :(. Thank you for the info. I would do factory reset and hope that would fix all the issues🙏

You shouldn't have to do a factory reset, just either look for an update to the email app or uninstall and reinstall the app.

Is the issue with the samsung app or the yahoo app? Which do I need to delete and start all over with or what?I'm a little confused on how to fix it.
