Galaxy S26
Why? Why does every phone have UWB technology but you refuse to put it on the base. The iPhone has been doing this on their base for years. I don't want to carry a TV in my pocket just so I can have UWB technology. It's 2026. I'm missing out on features on my other products because you're not including this. I can't tell the difference in shape between the S26 and the iPhone but I can definitely tell the difference when I approach a UWB capable device. iPhone for the win yet again.

The philosophy is simple in my mind...
Phone integration or lack thereof with the rest of the world is on the company and is a reflection of their reputation for failure to keep up with their competitors. It appears this decision to leave it out was a sales initiative.
Phone features and nice to haves that only effect user interface are on the user to purchase.
So if I want UWB to be able integrate with other items that's on Samsung to provide and an egg on their face if they don't. That means there is physically a better phone in their league or company in their league out there.
If I want the screen privacy feature, then I better splurge for an Ultra. If I want to see the flag on the moon then I better splurge for an Ultra.
If I want to hold the best falgship phone on the market which is future proof and international, I thought the S26 league was enough. This is the 2026 model we are talking about. The future. A future with functionality left on the table.
