I'd certainly reach out to your carrier. If the texts aren't going through even after a major 'update' like the Beta, then it might possibly be something on the carrier side.

I have Samsung S8+ for 6 weeks and first time when this happened I thought that maybe I didn't notice the message. Unfortunatelly, I see it is the problem with the phone. It continues happening. Once I missed a very important message and I was so dissapointed that I thought I am going to return the phone to the seller. It is not a problem with a provider. I am using 2 sim cards, with 2 different providers and it just doesn't work with any of them. When I was using my old Motorola with the same providers I got a text message instantly! I didn't pay so much for the phone with such a flaw. That's a basic function of the phone. Samsung needs to work on the update! When this will be solved?

I guess there is still now solution for this problem? I bought the phone 2 days ago and I cannot receive the Uber notification code on the phone; it works fine if I insert the sim into my old phone. If there is no solution, I guess I will change the phone to a pixel 2.
