has anyne else had an issue when submitting a claim? my claim has been approved and they said it would be shipped out next day! when i didn't recieve the item i called to find ut that Assurant who handles Samsungs insurance claims, dont have my Galaxy S8+ (unlocked) in stock and "has no idea when it will be back in stock but they will send my replacment out as soon as it becomes available again.." who does business like this! I purchased my phone and insurance directly through samsung so i could avoid the who bull**bleep** experience i get from Tmobile. just to find out they use the same company to process their claims.. what business doesn't know when their shipment trucks are going to be arriving? But i can say they took my deductable money real fast.. and hey! they even offered to contact Tmobile with me on the line and explain the situation so i could "maybe get a discount on a phone that I could use as a sub phone until this one becomes availabe again"!!! WTF i dont even know what to think!!

My claim was approved just yesterday. I can only hope that I don't run into the same issue. My phone that I currently have (until replaced) is on the T-Mobile network. And is constantly automatically rebooting. Also I'm not sure if it's because of the claim or not... but to make matters worse T-Mobile has my phone blacklisted. WTF? One minute I have service, then the next I don't.

I had got locked out of my phone .Took it to the Xfinity business and there Tec there houldent get it unlocked so I figured it out my self and Samsung told me to ship it to them I asked how long it would tak e to get my phone back.they said it would take 8 days so I went and fixed it my self . Then my phone was taken and the lady who had it iwouldent send it back so my friend ported the phone number to a diffrent phone me not no in couldent use my phone because the number wad ported to a diffrent phone ,then the tell me that it was fixed that I could use it and it wasent so I had to call them and talked to them 2 more times before it got fixed. But I had to tell them to just give me a new number and they did and my phone worked

That's probably because they have had so many claims I had 3 claims already since I got the phone when it came out april 2017 all 3 phones cracked when they dropped and had a case on it I bought a Samsung case hardly any grip and no front protection it bad a flap but didn't snap shut to protect phone and I'm very upset that there lack of care and durable products not having when the phone came out and I get stuck with a refurbished phone now and the camera sucks my LG 4 TOOK WAY BETTER PICS Samsung five was a good phone but after this 8 I don't think I will get another Samsung. This 8 isn't what they made it out to be at all
