Lately my messages go through but my friends & family aren't getting them & it is the same when they sent it to me but I'm not getting them. This started about week & half ago.

Hey, I hope you are doing well! Have you recently moved from having an iOS device? You may need to deregister your phone number from iMessage.

Same thing is happening to me. I have never had an iPhone.

I never had an IPhone either so why Imessage?

This is also happening to me and it didn't start until T Mobile pushed the Oreo update.  Extremely,  extremely frustrating.   I need help resolving this as well.
