This issue didn't appear for me until I got a Samsung Gear S3 Frontier watch. A week later my phone started randomly refreshing. Usually while using Facebook or trying to type something into a text field. Super annoying.
So, for the last year I cannot use the Email app on my premium expensive device. Finaly - I may found a solution on the links above. And I cannot open them, because of "You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action."
Are you kidding me?!?!??
This is a load of garbage. Who sells phone you cant multitask on.
Hello there, @user2Eh75sNhwS
Let's try some troubleshooting steps, just let us know how these go!
- Are all your Apps are up to date? You have 2 places that you need to look. Google Play store and Galaxy app store. Go to both and check My Apps. Make sure there is no app that needs updating.
- Is your phone OS up to date? Go to Settings, About phone and check for software update. Make sure you have the latest phone software.
- Clear phone cache. Instructions are here.
- Restart your phone in Safe mode. This is just to help you isolate the issue if it is caused by 3rd part apps. Instructions are here.
Hey, @user2Eh75sNhwS. I just wanted to reach back out and see if you were able to get this fixed up! If not, please let the Community know so that they can look into different ideas to help further.
This is happening with my S7 also. It's very constant. I never have bluetooth on, and it happens randomly but often. I've searched all over messageboards with no luck.
My keyboard just disappears right in the middle of typing.
My screen goes black for like 5 seconds.
My app page refreshes to the top.
