I am sorry for troubling. I still haven't resolved the problem and I have tried to clear caches in bixbies and restart phone, but nothing has changed.
I somehow has started bixby, but it was in Korean or Chinese and nothing really happened. And I do not still have a bixby button
When I try to access to Bixby Voice, it tells me that I have to update the software. But, when I do that it tells me that the software has the latest version, and it still don't let me activate it.
I am having this same problem with mine. It says I have the latest software, but Bixby says I need an update.

Sorry for the wait, @realryanhickey. It looks like you are also several updates behind. I would recommend reaching out to your carrier at this point to see if they would be able to push the most recent update to your device.
