Same issues here in the UK. With a 2016 Jag XE.
Samsung Note 8 with Android 9. Literally the day after the update I found the issues. Sometimes will disconnect 6/7 times in a 15 minute journey. Others it's completely fine.
Halo reset phone to factory setting. Have reset Jaguar infotainment to factory default and no joy.
I do not use android auto, just standard bluetooth media/ call streaming.
Any sign of any update that will actually solve this problem.. really getting annoying now!!
Me and the wife have a Jag XE and Landrover Discovery Sport. We have S8 and S9 phones. Both running android 9. Same issue as everyone else with either phone in either car. Constant disconnects for 1st 10min of 90% of trips. Dug out my old S7 running Android 8.0.0 and it works perfectly. Give us a fix PLEASE or i will defect to Apple from now on.
Same issues after trying every one of the posts possible fixes in this thread.
It worked for 1 trip, on the 2nd drive the same issue came back.
I feel Samsung is ignoring this thread. They need to find a solution.
