go to where you see force stop in apps.. ok now click storage then you will see force stop

Not working on my s8 plus sprint as well. I tried force stopping and clearing it.

I'm with sprint as well and what I did is go to settings ,then apps, then scroll down to caller id click on in, then click on storage ,the hit clear storage ,back space once then click force stop ,and the victory!!!

I had to turn off all of its settings so that it was virtually turned off before it would stop throwing up the error message. It was annoying. I couldn't even answer a call. Caused me to have to shut off my phone a couple of times because it locked it up. Sprint messed up on that update. Unfortunately, they don't allow it to be uninstalled.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S8 plus from Sprint and ever since I got the latest software update my caller ID has stopped working I have tried to force stop it but it does not help what else can I do since I don't have the option to " clear cache " on the s8+. Moderator please help, because nobody is going to be happy with a $1000 brick
