The thing is we shouldn't have to do this as customers of sumsang who spend hundreds of dollars on your products. I want a fix for this in the next update or thousands of us will never buy another Samsung product again.
I don't have these issues with apple products such as the iphone.
THANK YOU , IT REALLY WORKS AND IT DIDN'T ERASED ANYTHING. IT WAS ANNOYING TRYING TO MAKE A CALL AND CLOSING THE APPLICATION SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE EVEN TO DIAL A NUMBER, THAT COULD BE SO BAD FOR AN EMERGENCY. THANKS AGAIN.
Cleared cache and data and its working thanks
Folks, the only solution to this has been posted several times now, not just in this thread but several others.
- Go to Settings>Apps>Show All Apps>Caller ID>Storage>Clear Data.
- If the issue persists, Force Stop the Application from that same screen.
