Is there an app related to this case, and if so, have you made sure that it is updated? If not, have you tried placing your phone in safe mode to see if there is an app conflict?
Hello there !i have tue same problem and it is driving me crazy.. none know or can help...
My let cover have stopped working.. the five still lock and open my phone but not let displayed.
How can I check if apps are updated ? Amhow can I use the safe mode?

Safe mode didn't make a diffirence for me. if anyone wants to try it:
Turn the device off. Press and hold the Power key past the model name screen. When “SAMSUNG” appears on the screen, release the Power key. Immediately after releasing the Power key, press and hold the Volume down key. keep volume down pressed untili boot is complete.
Anyone got any ideas? seems like a common issue
I'm thinking about rolling back to a previous version, if I get time to try it this weekend, I will post results.
