This is such an absolute. "It's not Samsung's fault. It's your fault as a consumer for downloading an app," excuse. This is the same kind of routine, "do a factory reset," instruction given when the first two troubleshooting methods in the Samsung help manual don't resolve an issue. There's no passing issues along to higher levels bc everyone at Samsung simply hopes every complex problem is an anomaly and don't mind infuriating a mere handful of these customers. This is issue is NOT solved as I've taken the time to uninstall every single non-native app on this phone and this "ghost touch" is still a problem.

Why is problem only with Samsung mobile? I have before Xiaomi mobile and not háve problems like this...

NOT  Cheap mobiles, S8+ and have this problem and burn-in LCD... Like non quality cheap mobile phones...
