HOW CAN I FIX THIS SCREEN ISSUE

I was using my former S8 phone and all the sudden the screen just became unresponsive and turn to this pink screen and i can't do anything. If someone calls, the phone rings but i can't accept calls as the screen isn't accrpting any input. Please help.

Does the screen turn off at all? Since you're not able to tap anything you're probably going to have to schedule an appointment with a Samsung Expert

nope! you can't turn it off. maybe if the battery runs out it can shutdown itself

Hold the power button for about 30 seconds to see if it responds. If not, you definitely have to take it in
