A few months ago, i had backed up all of my pictures to the cloud. I cannot find them. I have tried locating the in Settings>Cloud and Accounts. Looked EVERYWHERE in there an cannot find pics. I have tried going the the Samsung App>My Files, nothing. I have logged into my Samsung account but cannot find out how to get to my cloud storage from there. Any other ideas? or how to find my cloud storage from my Samsung account?

You can certainly do this, @useroNA35uxqTT. All you need to do is go to:
Gallery > Settings > Cloud View.
This will allow you to view all of the images stored in your Samsung Cloud. Please let me know if I can help with anything else!
Hey, @userr61FICwdCT. I know how important some of these photos can be. Let me look into this for you.
So I can give you more accurate information for your device, can you please go to Settings>About Device and send me your model number, carrier, and Baseband version?
Hi - I have precisely the same issue. My device shows me the cloud view and suggests that everything I want to be backed up has been backed up, but I've no idea where to find it within Samsung cloud storage.
Hi there, thanks for getting back to me (much appreciated!)
I hope this helps & thanks again for any help you're able to offer!
It should be pretty straight forward. Just do the following:
- First of all open the Settings on your Galaxy
- Now locate Cloud and Accounts.
- Now move to Samsung Cloud -> Manage Cloud Storage.
- The phone will now display you all the information regarding the storage on your cloud. Locate and Tap on Gallery.

Am I the only one that doesn't understand why we're not getting a clear answer on any forums? I just want to view the photos that are saved on my Samsung Cloud NOT what's already on my phone.
