I am afraid @VerbumVeritum is correct, once it has actually happened the best way to correct it is to replace the screen. I would reach out to 1 800 726 7864, or to the agents at our Samsung+ application for information on how to schedule that repair. Yes u r right ... i tried every solution or app i came across online and it didnt fix the problem ... i had to replace the screen in the service center within the warranty and i didnt pay any money and it took them only 2 hours.
It should be within the warranty if it is a screen burn, i know a lot of people had the same issue and fix it within waranty.
Go to another service center or file a complaint and ask for the branch manager.
