My Galaxy s8 phone won't turn on. I tried resetting the phone by holding the power button down, holding the volume down button and the power button down, but to no avail. When I attempt to do so, the screen flashes on and off till I stop inputting button presses. It was working just fine before, but I took a nap and, 3 hours later, I was faced with this problem. Please help!!
Place your phone in the freezer for about 20 minutes - first take the battery out if you can and place both the phone and the battery inside of a zip-lock then put them in the freezer- this will cool down the temperature of the phone and battery
or try taking the battery out > then hold down the volume down button for about 30 seconds - you should feel friction when it's done releasing all of the electrical charge held up in your battery
