My phone updated yesterday. Prior it was working fine. After the update, I have an X and have not been able to get a signal. S8+
I have done the following
- Data reset
- switched sim cards
- switched sim cards to another phone - which I got signal
- drove around to find a signal (none)
- factory reset
I have done everything mobile has told me (via twitter chat) and they told me there wasn't even a march update (false) as well as whatever I have seen online. I ultimately did a factory reset.. unfortunately smart switch didn't back up my files as I thought.
1. I need help getting a signal as Tmobile doesn't know what to do or are doing.
2. Is there a way to get items back after a factory reset?
The only way to get items back after a factory reset is they were previously backed up to google cloud or to an SD card as well as to a computer. Doing the factory reset will wipe the whole device.
