How to fix read time aloud in alarm issue?

My "read time aloud" used to read the time when the alarm sounded. It would say "It's 6 o'clock AM" Now, for some strange reason it says, " It's 6, colon, zero, zero, AM" It's very annoying! Any ideas on how to fix this other than a factory reset?

I am sure there are more than three. I have the problem too, for weeks now, and I am just now looking for the solution.  I was hoping it would fix itself since it started by itself.

This fixed it. Somehow this setting must have been flipped on all our phones recently.

Thank you. I chose to turn off the number processing. So much better than hearing "it's 8 colon 30" lol.
